Sell the book. Meter the query. A busy tower cannot pay a check on every head. Walk-ins are a row: name, phone, host, plate if there is a car. An official check happens only when the name does not fit the face — and it runs through Vibranium ID.

OCR the plastic at the bar. No bureau. Last three digits if you must.

The owner is at the desk. A building needs a committee. A yard needs the next driver to be who they say they are, and a slip they can show the police if the car does not come back. That is KES 100 when the keys leave — same as a landlord check, held for the hire, not for thirty minutes.
Verify the ID
Vibranium ID runs the register. You stay on MyID. Mismatch means the keys stay on the hook.
Hold a slip, not a photocopy
Name, masked ID, phone, licence number, plate. Kept while the car is out, then 14 days after return.
Plate of the unit
KDG 112A sits on the slip. VIN is a special case — stolen, written-off, insurance — not a normal handover.
